DLG Policies.

Course Cancellation Policy

  • Tuition is non-refundable.

  • If you are attending a group course and you need to change your class date, please give 72 hours notice prior to class. Due to limited reservations, we try to allow others to fill last-minute availabilities with as much notice as possible.

  • Upon rescheduling, the student has 3 calendar months from their original course date to complete the course. Tuition is non-transferable to other courses or to any other person.

  • No call no show results in a forfeit of tuition.

  • For the safety and privacy of our students, instructors, and staff DLG does not allow spectators in the classroom or at the range. Unless, the person is accompanying a student that is a minor, or the person is the caregiver to a student requiring special accommodations (these are the only exceptions). Please contact us in advance to make accommodations for either of these two exceptions for approval.

DLG, and its instructors, reserve the right to refuse instruction to any person for any reason we see fit without a refund. Safety is our number one concern, and we will not compromise it for any reason.

Private Lesson Cancellation Policy

Private lesson tuition is non-refundable and must be held within 30 days of the payment date. Tuition is not transferrable to other courses or to any other person. Sessions may only be rescheduled once, and a 24-hour notice is required to be eligible for schedule changes. DLG appreciates your consideration of this policy.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please read all cancellation policies before redeeming your gift card.
